These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through arkonno.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing
All prices on our website are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error on your order, we’ll contact you before processing it.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means we’ve received your order — a binding contract of sale is formed once we confirm your order has been accepted, which we’ll also communicate by email.
4. Payment
We are finalizing our payment provider(s) ahead of launch. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout once available.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to Denmark, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. See our Shipping page for estimated delivery times and costs. Risk in the product passes to you once it’s delivered to the address you provided.
6. Ownership
Ownership of a product only transfers to you once we’ve received payment in full.
7. Right to cancel and faulty products
You have a legal right to cancel your order and return products, as well as rights if a product is faulty — see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Danish or EU consumer protection law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.
9. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@arkonno.com. If we can’t resolve it together, Danish consumers can contact Nævenenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk) for independent dispute resolution.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. This doesn’t affect any mandatory consumer protections you’re entitled to under the law of the country you live in.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example as we finalize our payment methods or expand to new countries. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published here.
