Arkonno (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Danish company registered under CVR number 37630284, with registered address at Skovvej 3, 5462 Morud, Denmark. We sell stroller wagons and related accessories through our online store at arkonno.com.

2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data when you interact with our website, including when you:
- Browse our website (technical and usage data, via cookies — see Section 6)
- Create an account or place an order (name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order history, payment details processed by our payment provider)
- Sign up for our newsletter (email address)
- Contact us via our Customer Service page (name, email address, and the content of your message)
- Leave a product review or comment (name, email address, IP address, and the content of your review)
3. Why we process your data and our legal basis
- To fulfil your order (process payment, arrange delivery, handle returns and warranty claims) — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To manage your account, if you create one — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To respond to your enquiries via Customer Service — necessary to perform our contract with you or based on our legitimate interest in providing customer support.
- To send you marketing emails, if you’ve subscribed to our newsletter — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
- To improve our website and prevent fraud — based on our legitimate interest.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as bookkeeping and tax requirements under Danish law.
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data with trusted third parties who help us run our business, including:
- Our web hosting and website infrastructure provider (Hostinger)
- Our payment service provider(s), once selected, to process your payment securely
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
- Our email marketing platform (Hostinger Reach), if you’ve subscribed to our newsletter
- Our SEO and analytics tools (Yoast SEO), which help us understand website performance
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Any third party that processes personal data on our behalf does so under a data processing agreement and only for the purposes we’ve instructed.
5. International data transfers
Some of the third parties above may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to make our shop function correctly (for example, to remember what’s in your cart) and, where applicable, to understand how visitors use our site. 7. How long we keep your data
We keep order and invoice data for as long as required under Danish bookkeeping law (currently 5 years from the end of the financial year). We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We keep customer service correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”), where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
